Cultural Revolution :

Particularly the backward regions need cultural change, a revolutionary spirit from child-hood, leaving their social ills of wasteful drinking, dancing and belief in taboos, by meaningful persuasion. They need to become inquisitive of literacy and education and better exposed for their well-being and to join the main-stream of developing world. Existence of SC, ST schools along with Anganwari, Sarva Shiksha, Stat Shiksha Abhiyan and Shaksharta Mission programmes, these have failed to adequately meet the required educational/skill-oriented status for employment. A cultural revolution is essential through (i) Play-schools or Kids corners ( 3 years to 5 years ), (ii) Mobile schools (above 6 years) at door-step for working and drop-outs, (iii) Localised and Mobile Libraries to support education system, (iv) Technical training (above 14 years) and Students Exchange programme of 3/4 weeks, twice a year for wider exposure through inter-action with status-schools.

Welfare and empowering the people is Government's obligation, accordingly Literacy and Educational programmes have top-priority. To support it, Libraries (Pustakalayas ) are being set-up in remote areas in each State. If these Libraries are to become functional to serve the local mass and encourage them for full utilization, Library Incharges need formal training and this Foundation may extend Door-step training at highly concessional charge.
Besides the specific programmes, Foundation may take up Night schools, Schools at Door-Step, Craft-orientation and Self-employment courses, in addition to organizing Seminars, Workshops, Conferences and Exhibitions.
